2024 PA 20, effective March 28, 2024, extends to September 29, 2025, the deadlines for preserving certain property rights and interests in a marketable record title under the Marketable Record Title Act (MRTA) and for amending records of conveyances and other title transactions to meet recording requirements. 2024 PA 29 recently renamed the Revocation of Paternity Act to the Revocation of Parentage Act, effective sine die. Amended MRE 702 and 804(b)(4)(B)
