Barry Goldman is an attorney, arbitrator, and mediator of workplace disputes. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and serves as a neutral in a wide variety of forums. Mr. Goldman is the author of "The Science of Settlement: Ideas for Negotiators" (ALI-ABA 2008) and writes the column "For What It's Worth" in "LawNotes," the quarterly publication of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is an adjunct professor at Wayne State University Law School where he teaches courses in negotiation and ADR.
