Michael S. Khoury practices in the areas of information technology, data privacy and security, corporate, and commercial law. He is a past chair of the Business Law and Information Technology Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan and has participated with several standing committees of the State Bar. Mr. Khoury is also an active member of the Business Law and the Science and Technology Law Sections of the American Bar Association. He is included in "The Best Lawyers in America" in the information technology category, is listed in "Michigan Super Lawyers" magazine in the technology transactions category, and is in the "DBusiness" magazine Top Lawyers list in the information technology category. He was named as the Information Technology Lawyer of the Year by "The Best Lawyers in America" for 2017, 2019 and 2021. A frequent speaker for ICLE and others, he has written extensively on various technology and business law topics, including a regularly appearing column on technology law for the "Michigan Business Law Journal."
