Jason W. Leroy is a leader in the firm’s Valuation and Litigation Support Group. Mr. Leroy has been providing insight and strategic guidance with business valuations in litigious and non-litigious matters for over 20 years. He specializes in analyzing financial evidence to identify, present, and support findings for litigation matters, such as lost profits, mergers and acquisitions, damage calculations, family law, fraud and forensics, shareholder disputes and business interruption. In 2018, Mr. Leroy was recognized as a National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts “40 Under Forty” Honoree for his significant contributions and leadership in the business valuation and financial forensics realm. He is a regular speaker and author on the topics of business valuation and litigation support. Mr. Leroy holds membership at the American Society of Appraisers, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
