Holly Georgell has 28 years of experience in all aspects of private and public sector labor and employment law, including acting as chief negotiator for more than 175 collective bargaining agreements. Ms. Georgell has worked in a variety of senior executive and senior legal positions, including her most recent roles as executive counsel, labor and employment, for General Motors, and senior director of labor relations for Republic Services. She received her BA from DePaul University, JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and executive certification in leadership, AI, and management at MIT Sloan School of Business.
