William M. Schlecte has 49 years of experience in private practice, 47 of which have been almost exclusively devoted to real estate, environmental, real estate brokerage, and commercial law. Over the past 36 years, Mr. Schlecte has served regularly and often as a faculty member for continuing education programs and organizations such as the Michigan Continuing Education Program for Michigan Real Estate Licensees; the Michigan Association of Realtors; the Professional Learning Network, Inc.; the University of Michigan Real Estate Program; the State Bar of Michigan's Real Property Law Section; and ICLE. He has also spoken for numerous other seminars conducted annually for professional societies and private brokerage firms on real estate, real estate brokerage, tax, and corporate law subjects. Designated a Michigan Super Lawyer by "Law and Politics" magazine, Mr. Schlecte is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and its Real Property Law and Environmental Law Sections and the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
