Timothy K. McMorrow was the former chief appellate attorney in the Kent County Prosecutor's Office, where he was employed from 1982 to 2015. He was admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Michigan and the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. McMorrow was a past chairperson of both the Appellate Practice Section and the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and served on the organizing committee for the first three appellate bench bar conferences in the State of Michigan. He died November 9, 2020.
