Michael J. Hughes practices in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate administration. Mr. Hughes is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and a past chair of the Probate, Estate, and Trust Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA). He has been a speaker at several OCBA seminars and for ICLE and has appeared on the OCBA television show, "Due Process." Mr. Hughes receives appointments as a facilitator and special fiduciary from the Oakland County Probate Court and is past president and currently a director of the Citizen's Alliance for the Oakland County Probate and Circuit Courts. Since September 2011, Mr. Hughes has taught estate planning at Cooley Law School (Auburn Hills).
