David C. Andersen is principal of the firm, which specializes in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy for consumers and small businesses. He is admitted to all Michigan courts and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Andersen is certified in consumer bankruptcy by the American Board of Certification and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He was the founder and first chairman of the Debtors Bar of West Michigan. Mr. Andersen sits on the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan's Bankruptcy Steering Committee and has served on the court's Local Bankruptcy Rules Advisory Committee.
