Michael W. Bartnik practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, charitable giving, closely held businesses and succession planning, and real estate. He is a member of the State Bar Sections on Probate and Estate Planning, Real Property, and Business Law and serves on the disability rights committee of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section. Mr. Bartnik actively participates in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its Michigan chapter. In addition, he is a frequent speaker to client and professional audiences and has lent his experience to many charitable and civic groups.
