Warren J. Widmayer practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, employee benefits law, and tax law. He is a past chair of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of Michigan and past chair of the Great Lakes Area Great Lakes Area Tax Exempt/Governmental Entities Council (an IRS employee plans liaison group). Mr. Widmayer is also a member of the American Bar Association's Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section and Taxation Section; the Washtenaw County Bar Association; the ESOP Association; and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
