Douglas W. Crim represents employers in federal OSHA and state OSHA inspections and appeals. He also helps employers interpret and determine effective and efficient compliance with OSHA Standards. Mr. Crim’s representation of clients in health and safety and environmental matters has included administrative, civil, and criminal litigation. He has experience in defending automotive, utility, construction, retail, university, and other clients in federal OSHA and State Plan, MIOSHA, enforcement actions.
