Linda G. Burwell is investigation counsel and president of the firm. She serves law firms and in-house counsel primarily in workplace investigations, focusing her investigations on matters involving C-Suite and other high-level executives. She is a nationally recognized employment law expert with more than 30 years of experience. Prior to forming the firm, Ms. Burwell co-owned a leading certified women-owned employment defense firm. Her investigations have extended from the United States to Africa, Canada, England, Germany, Mexico, India, and Thailand. She is a frequent trainer, speaker, and author on investigation issues.
