Kevin A. McNeely is an experienced trial lawyer who has represented the interests of accident victims and health care providers for 35 years. He specializes in litigating issues involving the rights of injured persons, medical professionals, and facilities under the Michigan No-Fault Law. Mr. McNeely serves as a Wayne County Circuit Court case evaluator and an independent arbitrator. He is also a member of the Michigan Association for Justice and serves as a master of the bench of the American Inns of Court at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. In 1982, Mr. McNeely graduated from Hofstra University and in 1985, he graduated from University of Detroit School of Law, where he was a member of the American Inns of Court Trial Advocacy Program.
