Principal of the firm, Patricia E. Kefalas Dudek concentrates her practice on elder law, Medicaid and estate planning, estates and trust administration, probate, administrative law, and disability advocacy. She represents people in securing the support services they need to play, work, and live fully in their communities through Medicaid litigation, pooled account trusts, and self-determination. Ms. Dudek is a past chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She is a fellow and an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), who honored her with its Powley Elder Law Award in 2005.
