A partner with the firm, Brian Joel Small practices in the areas of corporate and consumer bankruptcy, financial counseling, debt management, nonbankruptcy workouts, and corporate dissolution. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Mr. Small is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT), the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association (CBA) in Michigan, where he serves as vice president. He has lectured on various bankruptcy issues for CBA, ABI, and NACTT seminars.
