Anthony P. Cho has more than 25 years of intellectual property experience, ranging from patent prosecution to appellate practice. He specializes in intellectual property litigation as well as post-grant patent review. One of his most prominent achievements occurred before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where he successfully argued that the appointment of judges at the PTAB violated the Appointment Clause of the Constitution (see “Arthrex, Inc. v Smith & Nephew, Inc.”). He recently served as president of the Michigan IP Inn of Court and currently serves on the Linn Inn Alliance Advisory Council.
