Cameron J. Evans founded his firm in 2015, after more than 15 years as a partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, LLP, where he served as the practice group leader for the firm’s employment litigation, counseling, and strategic workforce planning practice groups. His practice includes representing companies in non-compete, trade secret, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge cases, including defending putative collective and class actions, as well as representing C-level executives, including CEOs of publicly traded companies. He also has a sports law practice devoted to representing amateur and professional athletes with their legal needs and previously represented the National Hockey League related to the Winter Classic hockey game held at the University of Michigan. He has been recognized as one of Michigan’s leading employment lawyers by “Best Lawyers in America,” Super Lawyers (including being voted one of the top 100 lawyers in Michigan 2018-2021), Leading Lawyers, America’s Top High Stake Litigators, and “Dbusiness.” Before entering private practice, Mr. Evans was a judicial law clerk for Hon.
