Arthur F. deVaux was a member of the firm’s health care transaction group, with more than 25 years of experience in representing health care providers. His practice focused on health care corporate transactions and representing health care provider networks on all aspects of their operation. Mr. deVaux played an active role in the development and integration of health care providers including acquisitions and mergers involving hospitals, physician and ancillary providers, the development or expansion of provider networks, and provider joint ventures. Mr. deVaux also served as a seminar speaker regarding health care corporate transactions, integrated delivery networks, and managed care contracting for local, state, and national programs. He previously served as a senior corporate attorney for St. John Health System. He passed away on December 11, 2022.
