Kimberly C. Redd practices in the areas of Chapters 7 and 13 bankruptcy, small business Chapter 11 bankruptcy, guardianship and conservatorship, business law, probate and small estates, and wills and trusts. For over six years, she worked as a staff attorney with the UAW Legal Services Plan where she handled bankruptcy, consumer litigation, and collection defense cases. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and has represented hundreds of individuals in bankruptcy cases for more than twenty years. Ms. Redd has also represented debtors pro bono through the Access to Bankruptcy Court program.
