As the managing member of the firm, Elizabeth M. Madigan concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, real estate law, civil litigation, and employment law. Her experience in real estate includes working as a licensed agent and in title insurance before law school. Ms. Madigan served as president of the Mid-Michigan region of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan before becoming the regional director. She is a recipient of the Carolyn Stell Memorial Scholarship, which recognizes outstanding contributions to women’s issues. Ms. Madigan has served on the Law Related Education and Public Outreach, Law and the Media, and the Affordable Legal Services Committees of the State Bar of Michigan. She has worked as an adjunct instructor in constitutional law, the court system, and business law in the Department of Political Science and College of Business at Michigan State University.
