Khalilah V. Spencer practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation and labor and employment relations. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where Ms. Spencer was an article editor for the "Michigan Journal of Race and Law." A member of the State Bar of Michigan, she serves on the Professional and Community Involvement Committee. Ms. Spencer is also a member of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association, the Wolverine Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan - Wayne Region, serving on its executive board, 2002-2004. She was honored the YMCA Minority Achiever Award for 2003-2004.
