Reesa N. Benkoff is the principal attorney at the firm. She practices in all areas of health care law and focuses on transactional and regulatory matters. Ms. Benkoff counsels and represents various health providers nationwide on a variety of issues, including Stark, anti-kickback laws, physician matters, EKRA, employment and other contracts, health care corporate matters, HIPAA, and compliance for laboratories, pharmacies, ASCs, and other facilities. She also holds (and has held) leadership positions in the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Care Law Section, American Bar Association’s Health Law Section, and American Health Lawyers Association. Ms. Benkoff is also a member of the Oakland County Bar Association and has been appointed to a three-year term on the State Bar’s Health Care Law Section Council. Ms. Benkoff has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an Up and Coming Lawyer by “Michigan Lawyers Weekly,” a Top Lawyer by “dBusiness” magazine, and more.
