Katie E. Tucker is a partner at the firm. She leads the firm's automobile no-fault medical provider practice group, pursuing claims on behalf of medical providers for treatment rendered to injured automobile accident victims in Michigan. Ms. Tucker has successfully represented medical providers in pursuing no-fault claims in trial and appellate courts across the state. In addition, she regularly represents individual plaintiffs in no-fault, auto liability, and other negligence cases. Ms. Tucker is a past president of the Mid-Michigan Chapter of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, a past president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Ingham County Bar Association (ICBA), and a former officer of the Ingham County Bar Foundation. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Brain Injury Association of Michigan and the ICBA. She also serves as one of the team of general counsel for the Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault. In 2019, "Michigan Lawyers Weekly" selected Ms. Tucker among its class of Up and Coming Lawyers, and she was named a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer by National Trial Lawyers. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers each year since 2018.
