Kristina A. Bilowus is an assistant director of career development at the school. She previously worked in private practice as a family law and criminal defense lawyer. Prior to practice, Ms. Bilowus clerked for the 16th District Court in Livonia and the 6th Circuit Court in Pontiac. She also served as an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School. She currently serves on various boards and professional organizations including serving as chair-elect of the State Bar of Michigan Young Lawyers Section, president of the Women Bar Association, chair of DE&I Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association, director of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (WLAM), chair of the Gender Equity WLAM Committee, Family Law Section Domestic Violence Awareness Committee, and treasurer of the Hellenic Bar Association. She is a recipient of the “Michigan Lawyers Weekly” Up and Coming Lawyers for the Class of 2021 and the 2021 WLAM Regional Leadership Award.
