Anne Marie Carson is a member of the firm, one of West Michigan's largest full-service law firms. Her corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions and general business services. Ms. Carson has experience with equity and asset transactions on both the buy and sell side, while also serving in a general counsel role for many of her clients. She has worked with clients from a diverse group of industries, as well as private equity platforms. Ms. Carson is an integral part of the firm's cross-section transaction team and works closely with the other professional advisors involved. In 2022, she was named the MiBiz Young Dealmaker of the Year at the Annual M&A Awards.
