Adrean Taylor is an employee benefits lawyer whose practice primarily encompasses qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and taxation related to employee benefit issues. She represents companies and organizations in audits, disputes, and other matters before the IRS and the DOL, and she also advises on welfare benefit plans, transactional matters, public company filings, and fiduciary governance. She serves as vice chair of the Taxation Section’s employee benefits committee and is a member of the joint committee on employee benefits of the American Bar Association.
