Michael F. Kelly specializes in trial practice with an emphasis in personal injury, traumatic brain injury, criminal law, drunk driving defense, driver license restoration, domestic relations, corporate law, and wills and trusts. He is a former assistant city attorney for the city of Grand Rapids Ordinance Enforcement Division and previously taught business law at Davenport College. Mr. Kelly is a member of the Negligence Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan (SBM), the Litigation Section of the Grand Rapids Bar Association (GRBA), the American Bar Association, the Traumatic Brain Injury Section of the American Association for Justice, and the Michigan Association for Justice. He is a former member of the SBM Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and the GRBA Lawyer Referral Committee. Mr. Kelly is the author of "How to Protect Your Rights Under the New Michigan Drunk Driving Laws" and "How to Protect Your Rights Under the Michigan No Fault Laws."
