Kay Holsinger, who is retired from ICLE, was assistant director for partnership and certificate programs. She previously held the positions of senior attorney for acquisitions and online products and executive legal editor. Before joining ICLE, Ms. Holsinger was in private practice, concentrating in civil litigation, including commercial litigation and professional liability defense. She has edited and contributed to numerous publications. Ms. Holsinger is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Washtenaw County Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan.
