Daniel D. Kopka retired from ICLE as a senior staff lawyer in June 2016. He was a coeditor of "Advising Closely Held Businesses in Michigan" (ICLE), "Employment Law in Michigan: An Employer's Guide" (ICLE 2d ed), "Employment Litigation in Michigan" (ICLE 3d ed), and "Michigan Business Formbook" (ICLE 3d ed). Mr. Kopka edited and wrote articles in "American Jurisprudence 2d," "American Law of Products Liability 2d," "New York Jurisprudence 2d," and "Ohio Jurisprudence 3d." He is a former member of the Committee on Libraries, Legal Research, and Publications of the State Bar of Michigan and wrote several of the committee's monthly columns in the "Michigan Bar Journal" that dealt with research resources.
