Matthew Neal Hagen joined the 13th Circuit Court in April 2019 where he serves as a domestic relations referee. Previously, Mr. Hagen served as the juvenile referee in Isabella County, where he presided over delinquency, abuse and neglect, and friend of the court hearings. He also served as the county's court representative for Community Mental Health's Baby Court and Teen Drug Treatment Court. Mr. Hagen is a member of the Isabella County Bar Association and the Grand Traverse-Leelanau-Antrim Bar Association.
