CRA Formal Complaints
New Checklist
When a licensee receives a violation or fine from the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA), it has 21 days to submit a request for a compliance meeting with a CRA representative or a request for a formal contested hearing in front of an administrative law judge.
