Karl T. Ondersma specializes in the procurement and protection of intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent procurement and litigation. He represents established companies, startup entities, and individuals on a broad array of technical and intellectual property issues, including patents, trademarks, and copyright matters. A summa cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, Mr. Ondersma also holds an MS in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. He held several engineering positions in the automotive field, including in Germany, prior to embarking on a legal career. Mr. Ondersma is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has practiced in numerous courts throughout the United States.
