Mark D. Sherbow is a referee in the Family Division of the Oakland County Circuit Court, where he has served for the last eleven years. He was previously engaged in the private practice of law, specializing in family law including custody, spousal support, property and business valuation, and pension valuation issues. Mr. Sherbow is a past president of the Referees Association of Michigan (RAM), a past member of the Family Law Section Council of the State Bar of Michigan, and a former member of the Supreme Court's Family Division Joint Rules Committee. A course planner and lecturer for the Michigan Judicial Institute and the Supreme Court Administrative Office, he has also lectured for RAM, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association.
