Mandice McAllister is the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) manager at the firm. She provides strategic leadership for the firm’s internal and external DEI-related programs and processes, including the DEI Action Committee and employee resource groups. Ms. McAllister is also cochair of Mosaic, an employee resource group for Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) firm members. She is unwavering in her commitment to help create and sustain a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Ms. McAllister is a 2023 Crain’s Grand Rapids Business 40 under 40 honoree, and serves as a board member for Arbor Circle, Comprehensive Therapy Center and the National Black MBA Association for the Greater Michigan Chapter. She earned her bachelor of science degree in political science from The Ohio State University.
