William K. Fahey works with Michigan's largest public utilities and more than 150 local governments across Michigan, concentrating in complex appeals, public projects, intergovernmental cooperation, and zoning and planning. He regularly teaches statewide seminars addressing state and local government legal issues and has served as an adjunct professor at Cooley Law School. Mr. Fahey writes and edits a monthly e-letter with a circulation of more than 6,000 local government officials. A member of the State Bar of Michigan since 1977, he participates in its Government Law, Administrative and Regulatory Law, and Appellate Practice Sections.
