Anne M. Yantus is a sentencing consultant who works with attorneys to promote more favorable sentencing outcomes. Ms. Yantus credits her knowledge of Michigan felony sentencing law to the many years she spent handling plea and sentencing appeals with the State Appellate Defender Office (SADO). Following her time with SADO, she taught criminal sentencing at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and continued to write and speak on sentencing law while serving as pro bono counsel with Bodman, PLC. Ms. Yantus is now in private practice.
