Mark A. Aiello practices in the area of commercial law. He has litigated commercial disputes throughout the United States, is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan, and has served as a council member of the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law Section (BLS). Mr. Aiello has written at length on commercial transactions and contracts and is a coauthor and general editor of "Michigan Legal Forms--Uniform Commercial Code." He has lectured for BLS and ICLE, has written for "Michigan Business Law Journal," and has authored several articles for the "Wayne Law Review." Mr. Aiello has been listed as a Michigan Super Lawyer by "Law & Politics." He also is the cochair of the Complex Litigation Committee of the Federal Bar Association.
