Michael K. Molitor

A professor at the law school, Michael K. Molitor teaches courses in business organizations, secured transactions, securities regulation, and wills, estates, and trusts. He was an attorney with the Grand Rapids law firm of Warner Norcross and Judd, LLP, from 1994 to 2004. While in private practice, Mr. Molitor focused on business and securities law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Mr. Molitor has published articles in the "Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law," the "Indiana Law Review," the "Wayne Law Review," the "UC Davis Business Law Journal," and the "Michigan Business Law Journal." He is also the author of the textbook "Business Organizations: Statutes, Problems, and Cases" and a coauthor of the textbook "Secured Transactions: Statutes, Problems, and Cases."
