An attorney in the firm's Ann Arbor office, Sharaé L. Williams focuses her practice on complex business litigation and labor and employment litigation, as well as intellectual property litigation. Managing the Conflicts Between Patents and Trade Secret Rights." Ms. Williams received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her law degree from Wayne State University Law School, where she served on the Student Board of Governors.
