Tammy L. Terry was appointed a Chapter 13 Trustee for the Eastern District of Michigan in 2000. From 1992 until her appointment in 2000, she represented consumer and commercial creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings in Michigan. Ms. Terry is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and a graduate of Cooley Law School. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Ms. Terry currently serves as vice-president on the board of directors for the National Data Center.
