Roxanne J. Chang specializes in the areas of elder care, special needs planning, and probate and estate planning, advocating for persons with dementia and developmental disabilities and other individuals with special needs, and provides elder mediation and conflict resolution coaching. She is also a limited licensed psychologist with a graduate certificate in gerontology, with prior experience in behavioral modification and treatment and training and education for health care professionals on dementia care. Ms. Chang is an instructor at Eastern Michigan University's Aging Studies program. She is also the cochair of the Public Policy Committee and a board member of the Special Needs Alliance, as well as a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the State Bar of Michigan's Elder Law and Disability Rights, Probate and Estate Planning, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Sections. Ms. Chang previously served on the Governor's Task Force on Elder Abuse, the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section Council, and the Michigan Dementia Coalition.
