Boyd White III is a member of his firm's products and professional liability litigation group, with experience in all areas of commercial litigation, including discovery, trial pleadings, depositions, preparation of witnesses for trial, and conducting trials. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. White served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office before joining his firm, trying 20 cases to verdict (both bench and jury trials) and conducting more than 75 preliminary examination hearings. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers since 2014 and was named to the Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" list in 2021.
