John R. Trentacosta is a partner in the Detroit office of an international law firm with 25 offices in the United States, as well as in Brussels, Tokyo, and Mexico City. He has practiced for over 40 years in commercial litigation and commercial transactional law, with emphasis on contract, Uniform Commercial Code, and manufacturing supply chain issues. Mr. Trentacosta is a past chair of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and served for many years on the advisory board for the Supply and Value Chain Center of Loyola University Chicago's Quinlan School of Business. He is the founder of Foley's Automotive Industry Team and is peer review rated as AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Trentacosta has published numerous articles and has lectured at major business schools, law schools, and trade associations on legal issues and strategies in the manufacturing supply chain.
