David H. Freedman is a shareholder of the firm and counsels clients on a wide variety of corporate, business, and real estate matters, with an emphasis on transactional and contract work. Mr. Freedman has substantial experience in structuring, negotiating, and implementing various types of acquisition and sale matters, including buying or selling assets, real estate, and business interests. He is also involved in a variety of debtor and creditor rights matters, including workouts and liquidations, receiverships, and transactional real estate and asset acquisition, and sale matters involving insolvent entities and their owners. Mr. Freedman is a member of the Business Law and Real Property Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. He has been designated a Michigan Super Lawyer since 2010.
