John C. Philo is of counsel to Constitutional Litigation Associates, practicing personal injury, constitutional tort, and employment law litigation, and he is the executive and legal director of the Maurice and Jane Sugar Law Center for Economic & Social Justice. He is a former president of the Detroit and Michigan chapters of the National Lawyers Guild and serves in the State Bar of Michigan's Representative Assembly. Mr. Philo has written various published articles and papers. He has been an invited speaker at seminars of the American Association for Justice, the National Lawyers Guild, the Michigan Association for Justice, the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of New Jersey, and other state and local bar associations.
