Matthew S. LaBeau focuses his practice on defense litigation in all areas of automobile law, as well as premises liability, general liability, and contractual disputes. He has also successfully defended numerous corporations against product liability and construction defect claims. Mr. LaBeau has extensive experience defending catastrophic injury claims, as well as consulting insurers regarding catastrophic claims before litigation. He has been a leading authority on the reform of the Michigan No-Fault Insurance Act and has prepared numerous publications and presentations on the impacts of that legislation.
