Karen R. Brown worked at ICLE from 1987 to 2014. During that time she managed many major transitions, including those in technology, business, marketing, customer service, warehouse and shipping, team implementation, strategic planning, corporate reorganization, and web design. She also led training at ICLE to enhance management, team management, and project management skills. Ms. Brown is the coauthor of "Simple Lessons for Change Leaders and Teams" and cofounder of the Change Leadership Network. During her time at ICLE, Ms. Brown was a member of the Association for Continuing Legal Education (ACLEA), winning several ACLEA's Best awards and presenting on marketing, change management, and strategic leadership topics. She held an MSW from the University of Michigan. She passed away on November 22, 2022.
