Franklin Graves serves as a member of the technology law group at the health care provider, where he provides guidance and strategic counsel for corporate technology initiatives. Mr. Graves ensures corporate technology agreements with vendors, customers, and service providers have received appropriate reviews and are consistent with the company's technology legal practice and policy. Additionally, he serves as a subject-matter expert for intellectual property and media, data, privacy, and security laws as they intersect with technology. Mr. Graves is currently vice chair of the Copyright Division of the ABA's Intellectual Property Law Section and previously served as cochair of the Copyright and Emerging Technology Committee. He is also a lecturer with New England Law in Boston where he teaches cyber law, and an affiliated faculty member with Emerson College’s Business of Creative Enterprises MA program where he teaches business and IP law. Mr. Graves regularly contributes to IPWatchdog, Tubefilter, and Passionfruit as a means to educate creators and raise awareness of all legal aspects of the creator economy.
