Honorable Keith M. Lundin has served as a judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee since 1982 and as a judge for the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Sixth Circuit from 1997 to 1999. He has also been an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University School of Law and Emory University School of Law and a visiting professor at University of New Mexico School of Law. A member of the National Bankruptcy Conference, Judge Lundin is author of "Chapter 13 Bankruptcy" (Bankruptcy Press); managing editor of "Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser"; contributing editor to "Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice" (Chapter 13); and a former assistant editor for "The American Bankruptcy Law Journal."
